Apart from pulling out his toenails and suggesting that the go and visit a shrink for trust issues, there are quite number of things one can do…..
1. First you can inform friends and colleagues that he has gone loopy.
2. You can ask if he has any written signed agreements to back up his claim on why he should be breaking the agreement.
3. You can tell him that he is breaking the law and causing financial lost which would make the company unable to pay any monies due to him.
4. Inform him that software piracy is just as serious crime as theft.
5. Not working with people has never helped any one.
6. Send him a legal letter…
7. Telling him that he is an asshole and hope that he pays heed.
8. Tell him that it is unfashionable for dictatorships, and democracy is the new thing.
9. Keep your humour and sense of judgement.
That is far as I have got, anybody got any more to add……..

The rejection of the Microsoft deal by Yahoo is puzzling. While there are a lot of businessmen that could say that this is pure strategy as a matter of principle you should always reject the first deal to increase you bargain position. If that is the case then why did they wait 5 days to release that information. Of course by this rejection it could help to increase the Yahoo share price. The Microsoft bid is generous and there is clearly not enough room in the advertising market for three players. What will happen next?

Owen from the just sent this through this morning. It is website that can supposedly track mobile phones. I needed to see if someone was in the vicinity. So I clicked the link to the website. Give it go to see what I mean, and than I will explain more……

While the technology really does exist to be able to do this sort of tracking, the joke played upon the individually is humorous. The last laugh though is not on the joker. As you may or may not have noticed the last page was full of advertising. We can say with some certainty that even at a low conversion rate if the advert is visited for example 100,000 times that it will represent significant online revenue. So if you are planning a marketing campaign would you use this technique?

I was just reading some history about Darren Rowse and how he got into blogging. He recommended that if you want to climb the ranks of blogs you would need to be blogging quite a few times a day. While I can see the effect in this: it would keep the search engines busy and your readers too. Most of us being frank probably only have one really good idea every couple days so blogging more than that could became a bit stale. Of course if my readers wanted to hear my opinions about the American elections and the price of oil and gold I could be persuaded, I would still probably want to blog within a team. Just for the editorial checks… What are your thoughts? would you like to write severely posts a day?

I just came across this on the Tech Crunch blog, It was predicted and now it is happening. Instead of watching the elections on TV or reading it in the Newspapers. A lot of Americans will be getting their election news through blogs in Particular Ustream.TV.
Excerpt from blog:
“For those of you without C-SPAN, the Republican National Convention will be streamed live over the Web, and Ustream.TV has been chosen to be the official provider of live video streaming technology. (No doubt, other live streaming services such as Justin.TV,, Blog.tv, or Mogulus will be used by journalists and bloggers covering the event as well). The announcement is being made right now on Ustream.TV“

It is strange I must admit, internet interactions are just as real, as real world ones. It just takes a bit more getting use to. I have just been emailing with Scott who I first met on the internet about 10 months ago. We both had to think twice if it was on the internet or off the internet.
