Anybody that runs a business will be aware that from time to time one is unable to provide the service that one would like. This usually occurs because of unforeseen circumstances. let examine the options to this problem:
1. Tell everybody there is problem and keep them informed by regular posts on the site
2. Ignore it and hope that nobody remembers it
3. Deny it and say that is problem of the user
4. Offer a refund to anybody inconvenienced by the problem
5. Gauge your actions from customers responce
